Students will spend time exploring maps as they experience the magic and wonder of reducing vast and distant lands into manageable sizes. They will conquer places, follow wide rivers, climb high mountain peaks, and cross great deserts with the tip of their fingers. Students will learn about the world and explore the fascinating things that make it such an exciting place to live. We will escape to on virtual fiedltips to explore the many amazing wonders of the world. Students will use depth and complexity tools to approach this discipline from the perspective of an expert. The lessons in geography will culminate into three dimensional models of micro-nations and the use of computer technology to demonstrate their learning of the concepts. Students will survey the range of career fields associated with Geography. Our students will understand the two branches of human and physical geography. This course meets once a week for 6 weeks.
2 hrs/1 week MTWTH
Students will spend the month discovering and exploring the works of William Shakespeare.Students will delve into the key components of putting on a theatrical performance, by reading and engaging with the scripts, creating their own scripts, exploring set, stage and prop design. Students will use computer technology to plan, and synthesis the concepts that they learned all month to culminate into a small theater production at the end of the course.

L’École Primaire at Cambridge Learners Academy is geard towards students in grades k - 5 . Our students learn French with a holistic approach. While experiencing the french culture through music, dance, games, film and food, students will learn to read, write and speak the languge. Our curriculum follows the French elementary program ensuring that your child gets authentic exposure to the languge similar to theirr French counterparts. The class meets twice a week for 4 weeks.
This course is geard towards students in grades 6 - 9 . Our course welcomes students with zero prior experience in French, as well those with some experience but limited communicative practice. Listening to spoken and recorded passages and dialogues, watching short videos and reading short authentic texts, students begin to develop interpretive skills, such as awareness of context and how to select the most meaningful information out of a communicative stream.
The class meets twice a week for 4 weeks.

Students will use depth and complexity tools to approach each science discipline from the perspective of an expert.
